As we continue to adapt to the current climate we are also working within limitations regarding shipping times, supplier stock levels, and labour. Standard Shipping:

Standard shipping delivery times will range from 3-12 business days in metropolitan cities and may take up to 7-15 business days in rural areas. Standard shipping will be calculated at checkout and starts at $14 for your first item and increases accordingly for every extra kilogram added. The rate per kilogram is determined by what state the item/items are going to. Please take into consideration that interstate deliveries may vary depending on the time of year and demand for freight. 

Express Shipping:

Express or expedited shipping is still available and will continue to be prioritized by our couriers but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard. International Shipping:

Outback Equipment will ship internationally to select regions. However, this may not apply to all items. At this moment in time, our site cannot automate shipping for orders outside of Australia. Please contact us directly at service@outbackequipment.com.au to find out if we are able to ship your selected item to your region.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is included on most items over $100 that do not exceed 1 meter in length and/or 20kg in weight. This applies to orders shipped to addresses in metropolitan locations and most highly populated regional areas. Some items are excluded.

Shipping Insurance:

Shipping Insurance is offered on all orders at the checkout. By selecting this insurance you will be covered for any items lost or damaged during transit only. Theft after proof of delivery will not be covered. Lost items must be confirmed by the courier service before a replacement or refund will be issued.

Please note: Oversized items that cannot be serviced by Aramax due to area restrictions will be sent via Toll.  All orders sent via Toll will automatically be given an Authority to Leave at the specified shipping address.
