Terms and Conditions for “Win Pooly’s Ultimate Black Friday Gear” Competition
1. Promoter:
This competition is promoted by Outback Equipment, with collaboration from Lachy Poole / Pooly (hereinafter referred to as “the Promoter”).
2. Competition Period:
The competition commences on Monday, 18th November 2024 and closes at 11:59 pm on Thursday, 28th November 2024. Winners will be announced on Friday, 29th November 2024 via a collab post on the Promoter’s social media channels.
3. Eligibility:
The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter:
Participants must:
- Follow BOTH @outback_equipment on Instagram (or Outback Equipment on Facebook) AND @poolys__coilcabs on Instagram.
- Like the official competition post and tag two friends in the comments.
- Share the post to their Instagram Stories and tag @outback_equipment and @poolys__coilcabs.
Entries are only valid if all steps have been completed within the competition period. Multiple entries are allowed if different friends are tagged in each comment.
5. Prizes:
- First Prize: $1,000 Outback Equipment Voucher.
- Second & Third Prizes: Tuff Terrain Deluxe 12K Recovery & Air Down Kit (RRP $960.99 each).
Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be announced on Friday, 29th November 2024. Winners will be notified through social media direct messages and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
7. Publicity:
By entering the competition, participants agree to allow the Promoter to share their social media handle and entry content on the Promoter’s social media channels for promotional purposes.
8. Liability:
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this competition or from the winners’ use of the prizes.
9. Privacy:
Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this competition and awarding prizes in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
