With the nomadiQ Dutch Pancake Grill Plate you can prepare traditional Dutch mini pancakes called poffertjes (pronounced poff-er-chuss) in a heartbeat. OR try to use it to fry quail eggs or oysters and surprise your guests with these little snacks. Great on crackers, garnished with some grated cheese and bacon bits. You can use butter or vegetable oil (avoid Grapeseed oil as it add a sticky layer to the griddle) to season the baking tray for the best results. You can fry these healthy snacks anywhere ON THE GO! Season it with some vegetable oil before every use.

This nomadiQ Dutch Pancake Grill Plate can be cleaned by brushing it under a tap with ‘warm’ water an d a mild detergent. Use a soft cleaning brush (not a wire brush or scouring pad!). Then dry the closed grill plate with a dry, soft cloth. Wooden or silicone utensils are a non-stick coating’s best friend, please avoid metal or sharp objects to ensure the longest life.
