The smaller 8" coil is a great option for customers looking for a more compact coil to fit in and around obstacles, or who may need a little more sensitivity to pinpoint targets in higher 'junk' locations.

Covering less ground may be slower overall, but it will mean that the detector will not be processing as many 'junk' targets on each pass and as a result will help give an improved response in high 'junk' areas.
