Due to the totally submersible design of these speakers, the Majestic engineering team also had added a rubber seal around the rear mounting edge of the speaker. This make for an easy installation and creates a waterproof seal to prevent water leakage into the rear cavity of the speaker hole.

 

Waterproof: Majestic SPK120B 6 Inch Single Cone Marine RV Outdoor Waterproof Speakers are designed with IP67 rating which means they can be submersed for 30 mins in 1 M of water, this makes them perfect for Boats and RV Installations.
