JLM J04210 Injector Loosener removes corrosion, dirt crust, oil residue and gumming on injectors, injector nozzles and glow spark plugs of diesel engines.

It also helps with disassembling rusted screws, nuts, and bolts. Upon use the formula also lubricates and prevents rust on springs, open chains, cogwheels, hinges, locks and turning points of machines. You may also apply the Injector Loosener if your regular penetrating oil doesn’t dissolve rust, dirt, and soot deposits.

Ideal for stuck or corroded injectors and spark plugs or components requiring loosening in areas with rust or oxidation.

Product Usage:

Shake the aerosol for at least two minutes before use.
Spray the product directly onto the target area.
Allow the product to soak for a short time to weaken the corrosion bond.
Removal Tips:

Use appropriate tools to apply breakaway torque carefully.
Turn the component in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions to reduce thread friction.
Repeat the application if necessary for more stubborn components.
Post-Application Care:

Clean threads with a suitable tool before refitting the component.
The product leaves an anti-corrosion film to protect threads until replacement.
