Hardkorr’s flagship BZR-X Series 9″ LED driving lights produce a wide, even combination beam with a market-leading 1 lux @ 1,460m forward distance. Their ultra-slim design means they are particularly suited to vehicles with narrow mounting surfaces such as modern factory bullbars.
The Hardkorr BZR-X Series driving lights are hands down the best driving lights we’ve ever created. In fact, we think they’re the best driving light anyone has ever created. Big call? Maybe, but we don’t think it’s a wrong one!
We’ve started with the best LED chips currently available on the market, from Lumileds. Forget the old argument between OSRAM and CREE, Lumileds LEDs are starting to appear in more and more high-end driving lights, and for good reason. They are incredibly bright, much more than anything else we’ve ever come across, and very efficient as well.
Why does this matter? Good question. Using LED chips with such high brightness means that our reflector engineers have been able to achieve the “holy grail” of driving lights: a true combination beam, as good as you’ll find in a light bar, without sacrificing forward distance.
They’re also CISPR15 compliant, meaning they have been independently tested to ensure they do not interfere with radio frequencies.
Combined with a tough, understated look, integrated daytime running lights (DRL) and strong 4mm 316 stainless steel brackets, they are the ultimate driving lights for keen adventurers, professional drivers and those who spend a lot of time on country roads.
NEW dynamic LED start-up sequence
Our BZR-X LED driving lights now come with a unique dynamic DRL start-up sequence.
Now when you turn your vehicle’s engine on, your daytime running lights will illuminate progressively rather than all coming on at once.
Whilst it (obviously) doesn’t enhance the performance of your lights at all, we thought it would be a bit of fun to create and produce a nice effect on the front of your rig!
We’ve engineered these lights to be incredibly durable and reliable, and extensively tested them to ensure they will still perform even under extreme duress in real-world Australian conditions. They are certified as compliant with the following standards:
- IK08: Can survive up to a 5 joule impact from any direction without failing
- IEC 60068-2-6 AND ISO16750-1: Can survive constant exposure to 15G (R.M.S.) of vibration in the 24-2000Hz range
- IP68: Completely resistant to dust ingress, can handle submersion in 3m of water for 30 minutes
- CISPR15 CLASS 3: Will not unduly interfere with radio signals
In addition, our manufacturing facility has been certified in accordance with the following international standards:

Wiring harness included.
We include a dual output wiring harness in the box with all BZR-X driving lights. This harness is suitable for use with 12V and 24V setups, as well as both positively and negatively switched vehicles. It complies with all ADR rules, and comes with H3 and H4 high beam piggyback adaptors.
