Electrical Actuated Ball Valves - 24V 1" Max Torque: 2 Nm Operating Time In Sec: 5-7 Max Power: 4 Watts Max Pressure: 1.6Mpa 136915
A range of convenient electric Actuators combined with 304 grade stainless steel two way ball valves to provide remote operation allowing the ball valve to be opened or closed electronically from a single position. The electric Actuators are operated via a standard three position electrical switch (not supplied). For added safety a simple yet efficient built in manual override function is standard for use in the event of a power failure (valve ACcessibility required). An easy to view ball position window is recessed into the top housing ensuring total valve closure.
For¾ and 1 valves the Actuator mechanisms are housed in a tough heavy duty polyamide shell, providing excellent corrosion resistance and protection against ACcidental knocks. The 1½ Actuator mechanism is enclosed in a heavy duty die cast aluminium housing providing excellent protection. All Actuators are fully seaLED to IP67 specifications to prevent water ingress. With a quick open and closing time of less than 12 seconds per direction these Actuators have been manufactured with a long service life in mind, typically 70,000 to 100,000 life cycles.
