GEAR'd Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

1. In order to earn Gear Points, you must be a registered GEAR'd member and complete an eligible purchase while logged into your account on the Outback Equipment website. Points can be earned for purchases by registered GEAR'd members in-store at our Acacia Ridge showroom.

2. Mates' Rates are exclusive prices available only to active GEAR'd members. You must be logged into your account to access these prices. These prices cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional pricing, unless otherwise stated.

3. Gear Points are earned at a rate of 10 points per $1 AUD spent on eligible products. Points are calculated based on the final amount paid after any discounts, excluding shipping, handling, and GST. Points will not be awarded for purchases made through affiliate partners, marketplaces, or third-party sellers.

4. Points are automatically credited to your account once your order is processed and shipped. Orders made without logging into your account, or made using guest checkout, will not accrue points. Points cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Gear Points are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the GEAR'd Rewards Program. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other value outside of the reward tiers listed.

6. GEAR'd Rewards Vouchers are unlocked when your account reaches one of the following thresholds:

  • 2,500 points = $10 voucher
  • 5,000 points = $25 voucher
  • 10,000 points = $50 voucher
  • Vouchers are single-use and must be redeemed in one transaction.

7. Minimum spend thresholds apply to vouchers:

  • $10 voucher = minimum spend $200 (excluding shipping and taxes)
  • $25 voucher = minimum spend $250 (excluding shipping and taxes)
  • $50 voucher = minimum spend $500 (excluding shipping and taxes)

8. Vouchers expire 6 months after they are issued.

9. A GEAR'd Rewards Voucher is a digitally issued code which applies a dollar discount to your online order. It cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash. Only one voucher can be applied per transaction. Vouchers expire 6 months after issue date.

10. Gear Points are valid for 365 days from the date of issue. Expired points are automatically removed from the member's account and cannot be reinstated.

11. The GEAR'd Rewards Program is Outback Equipment's customer loyalty membership and rewards initiative, available to individuals with an active account on the Outback Equipment website. Membership is free of charge.

12. A GEAR'd Member is defined as a customer who has registered an account on the Outback Equipment website and has opted into the rewards program using a valid email address.

13. Early Access to promotions, limited stock releases, and new product launches is offered exclusively to GEAR'd members at Outback Equipment's discretion. Access may be time-limited or subject to availability.

14. From time to time, GEAR'd members may receive exclusive perks, such as bonus point promotions, mystery discounts, or surprise gifts. These are awarded at Outback Equipment's discretion and are not guaranteed.

15. Upon joining the GEAR'd Rewards Program, you agree to these terms and conditions, and to receive email communications related to the program, offers, and promotions.

16. Outback Equipment reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to amend or cancel the GEAR'd Rewards Program and/or any individual member's participation. It is the member's responsibility to review these terms for updates.

17. Outback Equipment will not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or errors in the operation of the GEAR'd Rewards Program, or for any resulting loss or damages.

18. A valid email address and account registration on the Outback Equipment website is required to access your GEAR'd profile, earn rewards, and receive notifications and vouchers.

19. You may request to cancel your membership in the GEAR'd Rewards Program at any time by contacting our Customer Service team at 1300 854 185 or via service@outbackequipment.com.au.

20. The GEAR'd Rewards Program is not available to employees of Outback Equipment Pty Ltd or its affiliated companies.

21. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their account information is accurate and up to date. Outback Equipment is not responsible for miscommunication due to incorrect contact details.

22. GEAR'd Rewards Vouchers and Mates' Rates pricing cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes, offers, or promotions unless specifically stated.

23. If a GEAR'd Rewards Voucher has been used and the related order is refunded, the refund amount will reflect the discounted total paid, not the full product value.

24. If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or otherwise not completed, the points earned from that order will be deducted from the member's account.

25. Legacy rewards and VIP tier benefits (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, VIP) will expire at 12:00 AM AEST on 7 July 2025 (01.07.2025). Any unused VIP rewards after this date will be forfeited.

26. Trade and B2B customers are not eligible to earn points or redeem rewards using this system.

27. Rewards expire 6 months after redemption.
