How do I know which water inlet fits my caravan?

Start by checking the size of the hole in your van wall. Most inlets fit an 85mm opening. But some may be smaller or larger. Also look at how much room you have behind the wall. Some inlets have hose barbs that drop on an angle and need space.

Can I replace just the cap and keys if I’ve lost them?

Yes, you can. We stock and sell spare caps with keys. Just make sure the cap matches your current filler. That way you’ll get a proper seal.

What’s the difference between a gravity water inlet and a mains pressure inlet?

A gravity inlet is made for filling your water tank. You just run a hose into it and let the water flow in. A mains pressure inlet connects to a tap and feeds water straight into your plumbing. Some setups use both. Others are built for one or the other.
