It depends on what you run and for how long. A 12V fridge drawing around 3 to 4 amps uses roughly 40 to 60Ah a day, so a 45Ah to 60Ah unit covers a weekend, while multi-day trips or bigger loads suit 120Ah. Add capacity if you also charge laptops or run lights overnight.
Only if it has a built-in inverter. The Ecoflow, Companion and Hulk 4x4 units here all have one, so they run 240V appliances directly. The Projecta box is 12V and USB only, so it needs a separate 240V inverter added.
The lithium units recharge three main ways: mains 240V at home, a solar panel while camped, or from your vehicle while driving. Most include a 240V wall charger; solar panels and car or DC-DC leads are sometimes sold separately.
