The CHUG NORRIS 180mm popper is super easy to pop, it hangs in the water and will not ‘pull out’ when popped. This popper is all about being easy to use, and it does not require much effort to get a very big pop due to the unique body shape and hydrodynamic design. It can also be worked with subtle small pops and twitched across the surface. Featuring a machine-stamped stainless-steel plate, diamond armour internal mesh system & full body foam core construction, it is one of the toughest lures available, and is up to any challenge.

TECHNOLOGY

Matrix Metal Plate System
The ultimate internal strength designed for big fish. Features a uniquely designed stainless steel plate in the body mold of the lure. The plate is fused into the lure with a series of small holes at critical locations in the plate, allowing the molded plastic to weave through
the plate and create the ultimate in strength.

HD ABS System
Normal plastic was simply not strong enough for our lures, so we designed a special formula of High Density ABS plastic, which is a white colour, and is ultimately stronger than other plastics used for lure production. These lures also feature a thicker wall construction,
meaning ultimate strength and durability.

HD Foam System
This is our special system of injecting foam into the lure body, which creates extra strength in the lure body, but also means in the unlikely event of a huge fish puncturing the outer HD ABS plastic body, the lure will still function perfectly and still float and swim with the same great action it was designed with.

Triple Shield Protection
We ensure that the painting process and the quality of the finish on all lures is protected and likely to last longer by applying 3 final coats of a super tough clear resin to the outside of all lures. It provides additional colour depth and ensures that the finish on your lure will last longer.
