Prevent unwanted removal of your Black Jack Mini or other jockey wheels with the Black Jack Universal Jockey Wheel lock. Simple to install and provides peace of mind.

Includes

• 2 pins; (1\2 inch thread and a 12 mm thread) to suit most jockey wheel clamps. 

In Australia, different manufacturers of jockey wheel clamps use different thread sizes that are not interchangeable. That’s why the Black Jack Jockey wheel lock comes with a choice of 2 pins to suit your clamp.

• Some brands that use 12mm thread: Ark, Coast to Coast, Optitec
• Some brands that use 1\2 inch thread: Alko, Trail A Mate, BBQ Arm

Installation Instructions

1. Ensure A-Frame is properly supported and wheels are chocked before removing the existing handle.

2. Remove existing handle.

3. Determine which thread you need. This lock supplies both an M12 and a 1/2” thread. M12 are standard for Australian brands, 1/2” is standard for American and imported brands.

4. Install your Black Jack® Mini or other jockey wheel.

5. Use the included spacer washers as required to achieve a tight fit.

6. Tighten the lock with a 13mm open ended spanner.

7. Install locking head.

Note: Check the thread is tightened periodically, and the thread tightness must be checked before every trip.
