Transfer Case and Actuator Guard to suit the Prado 120 & 150 Diesel Automatic or Manual.

Most guards including the flimsy factory transfer guards are mounted directly to the transfer case.

The problem with this is that it does not protect the fragile actuator mechanism or will transfer loads directly to transfer case which can crack the casing.

Replacing an Actuator or Transfer case can cost several thousand dollars and may leave you stranded on the tracks.

This actuator guard does not mount to the transfer case.

The guard mounts to the chassis rail and the central cross member.

Precision laser cut and welded from high tensile 350 grade steel

Zinc electroplated (no powdercoating)

Does not require any cutting or drilling.  Mounts to existing holes
