How did it start?

ENGLAON Television Australia is a Melbourne-based company established in 2011. We believe that entertainment options should be as diverse as the environments you choose, and so we decided to introduce our brand of unique purpose-built TVs to the Australian market.

Our future

We’ve grown a lot over the past 10 years, and our future plans include a lot more growth as a company. ENGLAON is proud to provide customised screen solutions to several correctional facilities across Australia.

Correctional Service Facilities

Customising our televisions to suit the demands of correctional service facilities brought several challenges. The focus was on complete visibility, and the fact that no external media is allowed to be accessed through these units. Our solution was to produce a clear case TV console with a clear case remote control and power cable. We also customised the TV board to disable USB Input.

These customised TVs met all the specifications of the correctional service facilities and have been used at multiple centres for several years.
