The two Colorado build ranges overlap between 06/2016 and 05/2017. If your build falls in that window, check the front bar mounting points against both listings before ordering.

- Build date, not model year. The RA to RA7 change happened mid-2007 and the mounts differ.
- Airbag compatibility. A bar matched to your build range is engineered to let the frontal sensors read an impact.
- Bumper replacement. The EFS Stockman replaces the factory bumper, so it sits closer to the body and adds less weight ahead of the axle.
- Parts availability. With Holden gone, confirm the bar suits your exact variant before ordering, since alternatives are thinner on the ground than they are for a HiLux or Ranger.
- Winch cradle. Check the bar's winch capacity against the winch you plan to fit.

Check the build month. The RA bar covers 2002 to 2006 and the RA7 bar covers 2007 to 07/2008. A 2007 build could be either, so read the plate rather than going by the year.
Does a bullbar affect the airbags on a Colorado?
A bar engineered for your build range is designed to work with the vehicle's frontal sensing. Fitting one cut for a different range can change how an impact is read.
Can I still get parts for a Holden bullbar?
